Magnet Programs
Markham’s Global Communications & Technology Magnet Program gives students hands-on experience with television production, journalism, research, reading, writing, and presentation skills. Through a modern broadcast studio with green-room technology, students help run live broadcasts, operate equipment and teleprompters, and serve as news and weather anchors.
Innovative Programs
This program strengthens digital learning through robotics, laptops, interactive tables, touch screens, and cameras, helping students build confidence, creativity, collaboration, and real-world communication skills for the twenty-first century and beyond every school day.
